Most small teams get either freelancers who vanish after launch, or agencies that bury you in account managers. We exist so founders, owners, and technical leads can get production mobile, web, and backend work from a small senior team: clear scope, direct builders, no handoff of the work that matters.

Where we're based
We are headquartered in Richmond, Indiana. Someone from our team can meet in person for discovery, planning, and key milestones across East Central Indiana, including the Indianapolis metro area, while day-to-day engineering runs remotely. We partner fully remotely with teams anywhere in the United States. Software development in Richmond, Indiana.
How we work
- Scoped work: Written deliverables, in/out of scope, and a time box before we start.
- Security by default: Secrets stay on the server; store and platform rules are part of the build, not an afterthought.
- Direct builders: You talk to the people writing the code, with no account-manager layer for core delivery.
- Honest fit: We'll say when Discovery, a fixed package, or “not us” is the better next step.
