Keep what worksAI-built UI and flows stay when they are solid product direction
Rewrite when cheaperTargeted rebuilds for login, payments, or release beat endless prompt-and-patch
Written scopeOne product, agreed environments, clear in/out list before work starts

You have a demo. Login, payments, deploy, or store review is blocking real users. We unblock that path for AI-built web and native mobile, keep what already works, and add the production checks AI builders often skip.

Packages

While building

Build Blocker Audit

Timeline: 2–3 business days

For: Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or AI-assisted mobile: a core flow will not work, the stack fights you, or you need an honest read on what to fix vs rebuild.

  • Written diagnosis of what is broken and why
  • Prioritized path to a testable MVP (with effort estimates)
  • Small in-scope fixes when clearly audit-level, not a full build

While building

Core Flow Sprint

Timeline: 2–4 weeks

For: You need hands-on engineering to complete the hard part of the MVP: auth, connecting the app to your backend, core features, so you can test with real users before a public launch or the stores.

  • Implement agreed core flows and technical foundations in scope
  • Keep validated UI and product direction where it already works
  • Handoff notes so you can keep iterating with or without AI tools

Pre-launch

Production Readiness Audit

Timeline: About one week

For: Preview or demo mostly works, but you need an honest security and reliability read before a live URL, beta users, investors, or payments.

  • Auth, secrets, and data-isolation review
  • Deploy / go-live checks for web, or release-build and store checklist when mobile is in scope
  • Ranked remediation backlog you can execute with us or another team

Store release

Store Release Triage

Timeline: 2–3 business days

For: A rejection message, signing confusion, or “it works in the IDE but not as a release build.”

  • Written diagnosis of store, signing, or config blockers
  • Prioritized fix list with effort estimates
  • One round of triage-level implementation in scope

Store release

Launch Rescue

Timeline: 2–4 weeks

For: You need implementation through a production web launch, TestFlight, Play internal testing, or store submission — not just a document.

  • Implement audit or triage fixes within agreed scope
  • Production deploy path for web, or release build that matches store requirements when applicable
  • Handoff notes and a short call so your team knows what changed

Prefer a self-serve pass first? Work the AI built website go-live checklist, App Store and Google Play publish checklist, or demo-to-production hardening guide. Hire us when you need a prioritized fix path. For crashes already in TestFlight or Play, see crash triage. When the MVP needs a real API layer, see Secure APIs & Backend.

Situations

When the demo works and production doesn't

  • Preview is fine; the live domain is blank, misconfigured, stuck in a login loop, or payments only work in test.
  • A second account, second device, or real URL breaks things and you don't know what to fix first.
  • Store rejection, release-only crashes, or signing blocking the submit.

Not a fit if you want prompt-only production with no review, testing, or ownership of production risk, or if you have no prototype yet. In that case, start with Discovery Roadmap, web development, or mobile app development instead.

FAQ

AI Software Go-Live FAQ

Do I need an audit or a hands-on sprint?
Start with an audit when you need a prioritized diagnosis (Build Blocker, Production Readiness, or Store Release Triage). Choose a sprint (Core Flow or Launch Rescue) when the blocker is clear and you need implementation through a testable MVP, live URL, or store submission. The triage call picks the package.
Will you throw away my Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor demo?
No. We treat working UI and product direction as validated. We rewrite the pieces that are cheaper to rebuild than to keep patching: login, data rules, payments, deploy, or store release.
What if I do not have a prototype yet?
This offer is for demos that already exist and are stuck before real users or the stores. For a from-scratch plan or build, start with Discovery Roadmap, web development, or mobile app development instead.
